Due to the nature of our business, we apply a strict refund and return policy.

2. Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to reject refunds if conditions are not met.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos as proof

We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

 

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

We take fraud and chargebacks seriously.

  • Any unjustified chargeback will be disputed with evidence

  • Customer information, delivery confirmation, and transaction data will be used

We reserve the right to block future orders in case of abuse.
